House update

Well, it's one week from closing. Guess what? Our house hasn't been appraised yet and Jeremy is worried about it. REALLY??!!! He wasn't worried about until the house we're buying came in way under what they were asking for, sucks for them good for us. After some hemming and hawing they went with it (they had A LOT of wiggle room in their asking price), we however have NO wiggle room. The house is almost completely packed and in the garage, both Mark & I have next week off and we may not be going anywhere. If this somehow miraculously works out I am never moving again.
