Wish with caution

I learned a very valuable lesson yesterday. Be very careful what you wish for because it just might come true. I wished for any movement on our house, well we got it. But not the movement we wanted, our buyers financing fell through. (in Collins words "oh, uber sad face) So we will be home for Christmas, just not the new one. :( As much as it sucks for us, it really sucks for the people who were buying our house, we still can buy a new one when this one gets sold, they don't get to buy a house any time in the near future. We haven't lost the new one yet, they are going to stay under contract with us until they get another offer. So as long as we sell this house ASAP we can still get the one we are under contract for. Keep your fingers crossed.
